Meet Katie!
Funky yet elegant. Wildly colorful or muted in shades of the natural world. All of these bring into play the eclectic stylings of Katie Lowe's creations. Long a devotee of jewelry that makes a statement, she began fabricating one-of-a-kind necklaces and launched her jewelry line, "Thought Out Twinkles," in early 2014. Katie relishes the hunt for unusual beads, both new and vintage, unique chains and a wide range of other materials that help bring each of her visions to fruition. She has recently expanded her line to include earrings, bracelets and other exclusive embellishments.
